Fees other than the price

Internet connection and communication charges are borne by the customer.

Payment method

Credit card, processed by our payment provider.

Payment timing

Charged at the time of subscription, and automatically on each renewal date thereafter. When you change to a higher plan, the prorated difference for the rest of the current billing period is charged at that time, and the new plan starts once that payment completes. A change to a lower plan takes effect from the next renewal date.

Service start timing

Immediately upon completion of payment.

Operating environment

Requires an internet connection and the latest version of Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox. Site editing is designed for use on a computer. Published sites can be viewed on computers, smartphones, and tablets.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Due to the nature of the service, fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law. See the Terms of Service for details.
