Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and 株式会社Byleno ("Byleno", "we", "us"), the operator of SakuScript at sakuscript.com. By creating an account or using SakuScript, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using SakuScript on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have the authority to do so.

You need an account to use SakuScript. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up, keep it up to date, and tell us promptly at the address below if you suspect unauthorized access.

The sites, pages, text, images, and data you create or upload remain yours. You grant us the license needed to host, store, process, and deliver that content so we can provide the service — including serving your published sites to visitors. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to the content you upload and publish.

SakuScript itself — the software, design, and branding of the platform — belongs to Byleno and its licensors.

You agree not to use SakuScript to:

• Break the law or infringe the rights of others, including copyright
• Publish content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful
• Distribute malware, send spam, or attempt phishing
• Probe, disrupt, or place unreasonable load on the service or other users' sites
• Access accounts or data that do not belong to you

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, and where the violation is serious we may do so without prior notice.

Some features of SakuScript require a paid subscription. Prices and plan contents are shown in the service before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your billing settings, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are not refunded. Payments are processed by our payment provider.

We work to keep SakuScript available and reliable, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We may change, add, or remove features, and we may suspend the service temporarily for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. Where a change significantly reduces what a paid plan offers, we will give reasonable advance notice.

You may stop using SakuScript and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we will give you reasonable notice where possible so you can export your content. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as those covering your content licenses, disclaimers, and governing law) survive it.

SakuScript is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the service.

Where we are liable despite the above, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service during the twelve months before the claim arose. These limitations do not apply to damages caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence, and nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance. We may update these terms as the service evolves; for material changes we will notify you in advance through the service or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
